Position Summary

You will join our dynamic and international Customer and Sales Support team. You will have direct contact with Czech and Slovak clients via email and telephone, supporting them with incoming calls, order and quote handling, and office-related tasks.

What will be your responsibilities?

  • Exceeding customer expectations and contributing to sales success and repeat business
  • Handling all incoming calls and emails from customers and sales
  • Processing quotes, orders, and managing customer-related data in our systems
  • Supporting mainly CZ/SK clients and sales team, including office-related tasks
  • Cooperate closely with logistics and accounting departments (and collaborate with other departments as needed)

What do we require?

  • Educational background or experience in customer service or administrative support.
  • Fluent Czech and English (business proficiency)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a service-oriented mindset
  • Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in MS Office and comfortable working with internal systems
  • Full onsite requirement in the initial month(s)
