Position Summary

• Email Marketing – Preparing and sending mass marketing communication i.e. newsletters, product information as well as analyzing email campaigns, segment and manage email lists, write email copy, A/B test emails, develop and email marketing strategies. 
• Creation – Development and creation of various marketing materials such as posters, leaflets, banners
• Catalog management - Monitoring and managing the stock availability of our catalogs, brochures etc 
• Database Management – Search, update, and maintain client/company information in our CRM system.
• Cross-Functional Support – Get involved in various marketing i.e. SEO/SEA, Data analysis, Events, Telemarketing, product line management and much more with direct contact with different stakeholders inside and outside of the company.

What do we require?

• A strong interest in B2B marketing and willingness to learn
• Education or experience in marketing is a plus
• Excellent organizational skills – a team player who can multitask
• Attention to detail – ability to spot errors and maintain data accuracy
• Analytical mindset – ability to track metrics and derive insights
• Business-level English proficiency;
• Fluency in one of the following languages: German, Dutch, French, Polish, Czech, Slovak, Hungarian, Romanian
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel etc)
