As a Field Service Engineer, you will be the mobile support for our clients in Poland. You will be the point of contact for multiple product lines in our catalogue and for different clients across the whole country. You will be assisting Clients with any initial set-up or initial training they may require. Your goal is to increase the added value of our Aftersales Service. You will be supported by other teams both locally and in our headquarters for the resolution of any complex issues that may arise.
This is a mobile role: you will be based in our office in Krakow, with frequent travel to clients (1 to 4 days per week, according to request).
What will be your responsibilities?
Provide on-site support to clients according to their requests and needs
Deliver initial product training to clients
Perform proper product set-up according to clients’ needs
Ensure proper follow-up of any appropriate aftersales actions
Keep accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and problem resolution.
Continuously try to improve client satisfaction by solving their issues on time and with a great level of service
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering related field (or equivalent)
Valid driving license and open to travel across the entire country.
Fluency in Polish at native level + high level of English (business proficiency)
Great communication and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of technical concepts
Extensive product training in our Headquarter in Belgium
