Customer Emails Administrator (Remote)

Position Summary

We are looking for an English speaking Customer Emails Administrator who will be part of our international marketing department. The goal is to process client information onto our company tracking system and efficiently generate leads from clients who have shown interest in KEYENCE products following marketing emails. Join us!

What will be your responsibilities?

  • Monitor and track responses from clients who have shown interest following marketing emails via the ticketing system.
  • Process client information accurately and efficiently into the designated systems.
  • Maintaining the existing database.
  • Maintaining detailed records of client interactions and lead status updates.

 

What do we require?

  • Living in Poland 
  • High level of accuracy and ability to deal with repetitive tasks
  • Strong PC skills: Microsoft Excel/Word
  • Strong written and verbal skills in English (C1 or above)
  • Knowledge of any of the following languages is a plus (Polish, Hungarian, Czech, German, French, Dutch, Slovakian, Slovenian)
  • Team oriented to cooperate within an international marketing team
  • Willingness to commit for 6 months on an interim basis with the possibility to be extended
