Position Summary

As an Technical admin support member you will assist our different departments in their daily operations.

What will be your responsibilities?

  • Equipment management: Management of inventory, shipment of demo units, ordering materials for Sales/Tech members
  • Marketing support: Supporting new product releases, shipment of materials for fairs or exhibitions
  • Administrative support: Supporting with data input and other general administrative tasks 

What do we require?

  • Flexible to work 100% on site
  • A first experience in an admin or operations role is preferred
  • Good administrative and organization skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Willing to lift some heavy equipment (15-30kg) from time to time
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. 
  • Willing to work for temporary period on a interim basis
