Position Summary

As a short term Database Administrator we are looking for someone to join for duration of 1.5 - 2 months from October to support our international marketing department in making sure leads and client data are properly entered in our database system. Join us!

What will be your responsibilities?

  • Verification and correct input of client information into our database
  • Translation of data into English where necessary
  • Data entry in excel lists
  • Direct communication with our customers via our website chat

What do we require?

  • Living in Poland
  • Willingness to commit to a short term project of 1.5-2 months
  • Available from 8th October 2025
  • Strong Strong written and verbal skills in either Polish, Slovak or Czech (native level) and English (business proficiency)
  • High level of accuracy and ability to deal with repetitive tasks
  • PC skills: Microsoft Excel/Word
  • Team oriented to cooperate within an international marketing team
