Remote Chat Operator (6 month) - Hungarian Speaking - in Poland

Position Summary

For a duration of 6 months (with the potential to be extended) we are looking for a Hungarian speaking Chat Operator who will be part of our international marketing department. The goal is to support our clients by being the first point of contact via our chat system on our website. Join us!

What will be your responsibilities?

To be in direct communication with our customers via our website chat in Hungarian
Support customer queries by being the first point of contact
Verification and correct input of client information into our CRM database

What do we require?

Living in Poland
High level of accuracy and ability to deal with repetitive tasks
Strong PC skills: Microsoft Excel/Word
Strong written and verbal skills in Hungarian (C1 or above) and English (business proficiency)
Team oriented to cooperate within an international marketing team
Willingness to commit to a 6 month project with the potential to be extended.
