Position Summary

The ideal candidate is someone who can take initiative, think across different areas of marketing, and contribute to the continued evolution of our team. An interest or capability in market research—such as understanding customer needs, market dynamics, or competitive landscapes—is considered a valuable plus.

Key aspects we are looking for:

• Broad marketing understanding with a hands‑on approach
• Strong mindset, adaptability, and long‑term potential
• Proactive, curious, and comfortable operating across multiple marketing areas
• Plus: market research capability or interest (strategic market development, customer insights)

What do we require?

• Proficiency in data analysis, visualization, and reporting tools such as Excel Power Query and Power BI including advanced functions and data manipulation
• Familiarity with SAP BO is a plus but not mandatory.
• Hands-on experience in data analytics and reporting.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Passion for working with numbers and a strong interest in economic and market analysis.
• Business proficiency in English (very good level required).
• Fluency in any of the following languages is a plus: German, Dutch, French, Polish, Czech, Slovak, Hungarian, or Romanian.
