Position Summary

As a short term Database Administrator we are looking for someone to join for duration of 3-4 months from Mid March to support our international marketing department in making sure leads and client data are properly entered in our database system. Join us!

What will be your responsibilities?

  • Data entry in excel lists from questionnaires collected from our seasonal exhibitions
  • Verification and correct input of client information into our database

What do we require?

  • Living in Poland
  • Willingness to commit to a short term project of minimum 3 months (with possibility to be extended)
  • Available from 16th March 2026
  • English (business proficiency)
  • Knowledge of any of the following languages is a plus (Polish, Hungarian, Czech, German, French, Dutch, Slovakian, Slovenian)
  • High level of accuracy and ability to deal with repetitive tasks
  • PC skills: Microsoft Excel/Word
  • Team oriented to cooperate within an international marketing team
