Position Summary

International Business Development & Sales
You will be responsible for developing and growing our customer portfolio through lead follow-up and strong relationship building. This includes conducting regular business trips to meet customers and representing the company in face-to-face meetings where you introduce our technical solutions to both new and existing clients. In addition, you will identify new business opportunities and actively contribute to market expansion strategies.

Variety and flexibility are key to this position. Apart from the sales activities, you will get the opportunity to explore and develop different skill sets, such as:

  • Marketing Initiatives: You will support marketing projects and develop sales and marketing tools, creating campaigns and actions to generate leads.
  • Training: You will train new sales colleagues on our products to help them understand our solutions and how to promote them. 

What do we require?

  • Strong interest in technology and eagerness to learn.
  • Higher education or relevant work experience is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of additional European languages is a plus.
  • Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to understand and anticipate customer needs.
  • Proactive attitude and drive to achieve targets
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple opportunities effectively.
  • Willingness to travel within Europe 30-40% of the time (typically 3 days per trip).
  • Excellent communication skills
