Position Summary

As a Database Administrator we are looking for someone to join to support our international marketing department in making sure leads and client data are properly entered in our database system. Join us!

What will be your responsibilities?

  • Supporting the research, input, and updates of new and existing contacts/companies
  • Cross-checking contact details to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems
  • Accurate input and maintenance of client data in our database
  • Translation and standardization of data into English where necessary
  • Managing and updating data in Excel

What do we require?

  • Living in Poland 
  • Immediate availability
  • High level of accuracy and ability to deal with repetitive tasks
  • Strong PC skills: Microsoft Excel/Word
  • Strong written and verbal skills in English (C1 or above)
  • Knowledge of any of the following languages is a plus (Polish, Hungarian, Czech, German, French, Dutch, Slovakian, Slovenian)
  • Able to meet challenging daily targets without compromising on precision and attention to detail
  • Basic knowledge of LinkedIn is a plus
  • Willingness to commit for 3 months on an interim basis with the possibility to be extended to maximum 18 months
