Position Summary

As an On-Site Service Engineer, you will be the mobile support for our clients in Benelux. You will be the point of contact for multiple product lines in our catalogue and for different clients across the Benelux area. You will be assisting clients with any initial setup or training they may require, as well as performing system integration, maintenance, mechanical installations, and software support.

This is a mobile role: you will be based in our office in Mechelen, with frequent travel to clients (up to 4 days per week, according to request). 

  • Provide on-site support to clients according to their requests and needs
  • Deliver initial product training to clients
  • Perform proper product set-up according to clients’ needs
  • Carry out system integration and maintenance
  • Ensure proper follow-up of any appropriate aftersales actions
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and problem resolution

What do we require?

  • ​​​Minimum technical education or a Bachelor’s degree in an engineering-related field
  • Valid driving license and open to travel across Benelux area
  • Fluency in Dutch at native level and a high level of English (business proficiency) required; professional or conversational proficiency in French is highly desirable.
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Good understanding of technical concepts
