Position Summary

Generate and qualify new business opportunities through proactive outbound calls and email campaigns
Prospect and engage potential customers across a broad portfolio of industrial companies
Identify decision-makers and arrange high-value meetings for the sales team
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads
Support sales colleagues with customer visit coordination
Manage CRM activities and customer follow-up
Attend and represent the company at industrial trade shows and exhibitions.

What do we require?

Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or other relevant fields
Fluency in Polish and business proficiency in English
Driving license
Living in Belgium or Mechelen or open to relocate to one of these areas
A proactive mindset with a strong appetite for challenges, business development and achieving goals
Strong interpersonal skills and natural inclination to contribute to high-value projects.
Motivated, self-driven, and eager to exceed objectives while working effectively within a team and bringing your own personality and ideas.
