As a Field Service Engineer, you will be the mobile support for our clients in Poland. You will be the point of contact for multiple product lines in our catalogue and for different clients across the whole country. You will be assisting Clients with any initial set-up or initial training they may require. Your goal is to increase the added value of our Aftersales Service. You will be supported by other teams both locally and in our headquarters for the resolution of any complex issues that may arise.
